I love our whole stay!. Everything was clean and the staff was kind. It only took us 10 minutes to get downtown!
The beds are super firm as a side sleeper that’s my only complaint and that’s really pretty personal to me, my partner is a back sleeper and loved the beds

Front Desk staff was amazing especially the girl that checked us in. She asked me multiple times if we were all ok. I really liked that
If there was any critique at all, it's not really the hotel itself. The area of the hotel is a bit shady. A number of homeless and drug addicted people near by. We didn't put ourselves in a bad situation but it's the kinda thing I didn't like having to explain to my young children. Where we live, you don't see anything like it
