Loved the shuttle service! Totally worth staying just for that. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
No room cleaning during our 4 day stay. Not a huge deal, but a bit unusual. We also encountered trouble with water (air in the lines, no hot water) during the daytime on day 3. Not a huge deal, and cleared up soon.

Perfect spot to explore Asheville and the surrounding area. Good size room, very comfortable bed and a great breakfast

The environment was great, close to my jobs, and lot of places to go
The cleaning schedule was a messed. i received a text when i arrived that cleaning with be done every three days.never happen. i called for cleaning, never happen, instead i saw the cleaning lady, and asked her for some linen and change my sheets and clean my room. As a medical traveler, life goes on.

Room was comfortable.
Morning left there was no hot water! When I told the front desk she wasn’t very sympathetic. I wasn’t complaining, just informing her.
