This room was large and comfortable. There were lots of extra amenities/items you could borrow during your stay. While the location was a bit far from the station, this meant our stay was quiet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close to train station, 12 minute walk. The sake tasting was fantastic. Rooms were large and shower was great.
very limited breakfast.

We loved the spacious room and super friendly staff. It only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the main station, partly along the river, from where it is a short tram or bus ride to the main sites. There are a lot of restaurant and bar options around the station, with a few closer to the hotel though we didn’t try them out.
Nothing, all good.
