The hotel was centrally located and lots of stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our guide picked us up and returned us to the hotel. It was so easy to take the Shinkansen into town and visit the historic sites. The food was excellent and the hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were spacious.

location was EXCELLENT! right at the station. it was pouring rain and we did not have to go outside at all to get to the hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more.

Perfectly situated next to Hiroshima Eli/station with a covered walkway to protect from elements.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Nice spacious room size.
Bath fills quickly. Not deep enough to fully soak.
Waffle pajamas a bit rough.
Excellent breakfast buffet with local specialties.

Convenient location and a nice hotel overall. Decor is a little dated and is showing a bit of wear and tear, but we still enjoyed our stay.
