They apartment was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location right on the edge of St Mark's square, down a quiet side passage. Access for water taxi literally just a stone throw away.
The property was secure, and easy to get in and out with a pin code.
The extras the hotel provided at our request were fantastic, and really added to the experience.
But I have to say the best part about this property was the communication and help from Mark at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip went to plan. He checked in via WatsApp daily to make sure we had everything we needed. He is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you so much Mark. Everything really was perfect!
Nothing. It was all fantastic.

Fantastic location in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge.
Beautiful, spacious and elegantly decorated apartment with authentic Venetian charm.
Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, perfect for a group of friends or family.
Friendly and helpful staff.
There is no lift, but, this is understandable in a historic Venetian building.

Very clean and comfy, directions and communication extremely good
small recommendation of bedside lights in one of the rooms
No means to light the gas hob.

Location is great and apartment are good, not new, it needs to be repaired. It was cold in the apartment. We couldn’t turn on the air conditioner. Flat owner wrote me such messages: “It 's November , here in Venice there is ac from April to the middle of October” It's a general thing for the city, we can not control that. And they’d not provide ac remote control. It was cold for me and my child to sleep in that apartment
It was cold in the apartment and owner did not provided the ac remote control when I asked him.
