Everything! Location, history , views, breakfast, and our host/ owner Sandro. He and his wife are superb! Totally guest centric. They made our visit to Verona memorable! Sandro renovated this historic building and his B and B occupies the 3rd floor. His renovation is spectacular! We will return.

Room size was than most 5* hotels.
Has a romantic view from balcony of your private room.
Location is perfect to walk around for sightseeing and restaurants.
Nothing to write.

Great location. Excellent staff, helpful and courteous. Lovely view from the terrace while having breakfast.
Breakfast could be improved, especially the choice and quality of hot food. Also, having to order the day before is not great is it?
Entry to the hotel is via a door leading to a garage. Not the most welcoming of entries, poorly lit at times too. Exterior signage to the hotel could be better.

Just outside the old town car parking was available
The manager was very helpful and proactive
Overall the property was run down , entry through a garage, entry cards did not work , the breakfast was poor quality
