A truly refined experience. The ambiance, the views and the staff conspire to create a phenomenal experience..

Great location walkable to old town Verona and Roman Ruins. Don’t follow Apple Maps to hotel. Use Google or just follow signs. Gorgeous property with lovely service . Very nice rooms with views of Verona. Spectacular. Be prepared for a decent uphill walk back to hotel from town, 15-20 min, or you can take an UBER for $20 or so.
The facility charges corkage on any private wine you open, even if you drink it in your room or outside watching sunset. Minor but annoying and not something we saw at any other property during our month in northern Italy.

The view from the property is breathtaking, the staff very kind and helpful (they hid Easter Eggs In the garden for my kid to find on Easter morning)
The rooms and overall interiors feel very outdated and stuffy. Breakfast was disappointing with bad coffee.
Think the room was overpriced considering this
