The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Top notch.
Nothing!

Very central location. The room was spacious and clean. Check in staff professional and polite.
The roof top bar was closed during our stay. The hotel lobby whilst huge and impressive lacked warmth and was empty. It would have been lovely to get a coffee and some pastries sitting there but I don’t think this was an option. We only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep.

Location & Staff was excellent.
Great Bedroom and Bathroom.
TV was a bit small for the size of the room.
Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star establishment.
I was surprised at being charged €10 extra for 2 fried eggs.

Very central and managed our car no problem.
Tired rooms. One lift for multiple guests which is tiny and frankly was absurd.
