It was a fairly comfortable place to stay for one night. The hallway was very smelly.
I don’t like that I tried to book through Air B&B and it was rejected because they said they don’t do same day bookings. Found it on booking.com and was checked in within two hours, it was more expensive through booking.com, but the location was what I needed. I didn’t like that the homeless people were loudly playing their music outside the apartment and it was very close to the main road and the blinds didn’t close all the way because of the mini splits. I also didn’t like that they have a huge parking lot and want $25 per night to park, we found parking on the road.

Location was great
We got into our room and the deadbolt would not open from the inside. I ended up climbing out the window to see if the door would open from the outside. It did not. The property manager ended up coming and moving us to another room and had to climb down a ladder in order to get out with all our stuff. The property manager was very nice and apologetic. Kasa itself gave me a $25 sorry refund. Wouldn’t allow us to park for free (I didn’t end up paying anyway) but they did want to charge us for that. Not enough in my opinion. We were almost late to the broncos game for the inconvenience.
