Very friendly staff on reception - shout out to Andy for being so kind and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, modern and well maintained

Paid for parking in a muddy gravel lot even though the garage was full.
Felt ill and needed to get into the room on our second day. Key didn’t work. Had to wait at the desk for 10 minutes and then had to run my credit card again. Charged $160. Was told it was a hold, that charge is still on my credit card. I was assured it would be removed.

Loved our room so comfy
Our room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after checking time. I also asked if anyone could help or point me in the direction of getting my car jumped and it was like I was asking for something ridiculous. They refused to help me saying they weren’t allowed and basically ignored any other questions I had. Maintenance guy was super rude after asking as well as the front desk guy.
