Breakfast was great. Staff was nice
I had to get keys remade many times and one of the days the staff didn't know us and wouldn't give the other family and kids a key when the key wouldn't work.

The staff was nice and the room was in good shape (clean and comfy beds).
My complaint is the check in. It says you can check in at 3pm but we did not get our room until 3:40pm. We were going to the Bronco game and wanted to be there asap when the gates opened plus we had to walk over. Getting into our room and changing clothes before we headed over was not an option at this point. We ending up getting ready in the parking lot to get there in time. Picked up our room keys around 11:30pm after the game.
