Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. everything was amazing just one small thing on the last night the ac did not get lower than 78. Wasn't a problem because we checked out at 5am so we really wasn't hot to long. other than that amazing property we really enjoyed our stay

The condo was great for our large group. It was clean, spacious, and the view was amazing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the beach access was excellent.The biggest downside was the lack of basic supplies. There were no beach towels, beach chairs, or sand toys, and there were very few bath towels for a property designed to accommodate a large group. The kitchen was stocked with only one kitchen towel, one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, and one laundry detergent pod. Since we were already purchasing groceries for our stay, it felt like we also had to buy and restock many essential household items.In our experience, other vacation rentals in the area have provided these basics, especially those that advertise accommodations for larger groups. While we really enjoyed the condo itself and would recommend it for its location and amenities, having more of these everyday essentials available would make the stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

The unit was very clean and like new. The only issues was that the under counter ice maker was leaking which we turned off and we didn’t have enough towel’s since we had 10 guest. We contacted the host and we got the extra towels that day but since it was the weekend the ice maker did not get fixed however the refrigerator had an ice maker and it was totally fine. The host was always reachable and responsive. The beach view was awesome and there were full wall size windows on two sides of the living area so we kept the curtains open all night and day. There was plenty of privacy. Both indoor and outdoor pools were a lot of fun and the outdoor was slide fast and awesome. The only issue regarding the indoor swimming pool is that the surrounding “tile” when wet is very slippery and I saw at least 4 persons fall within one hour. They were not running but walking. I told the office personnel at the building. I do highly recommend the stay here.
