Fantastic stay. We reported an issue with a light and they had it fixed immediately. My only suggestion is a better broom that has a dust pan. Or, a vacuum. No matter how hard you try sand makes it into the condo and it would be nice for ease of cleanup.

It was a great location for our family vacation . I was impressed with the staff cleaning the property and the security guards made us feel safe. Michael was quick to respond and answer and questions before , during , and after our stay .

Very roomy condo for our large family and the balcony was great. We have stayed in many Gulf Shores/Orange Beach condos and we would stay here again. The facility (indoor and outdoor pools) was very clean and the elevators were smooth and worked well. When the can opener was broken, we messaged the owner and received a new one right away. I would recommend this place.

There were a few things that need addressed. #1, the access to the deck was extremely challenging to the point that I considered it a safety hazard. The sliding door from the living room was off the track, very, very hard to open and close. In fact, once I was outside by myself, the door was closed and I couldn’t get back inside. The door from the master was difficult too!!! I realize the doors have to be hurricane safe but these were beyond difficult. Next, the fact that only one trash can liner was provided is ridiculous! There were 3 liners in the bathroom trash cans. The fact that NOTHING, can be left for the next renters is again, ridiculous. For example, coffee filters, condiments, spices, simple things. Don’t get me wrong, the place was beautiful and perfect for our family. The little things can go a long way in making the traveler happier. Loved our time at Gulf Shores.
