Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor prized East corner directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with a beverage cooler, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Great place, loved being able to access the parking garage without taking the elevator! Very spacious for our extended family vacay!

Overall it was a great unit! The floor upon check in was not clean. There was also not good communication with the host. We had a couple of issues that were taken care of but there was no correspondence back from the host at all. The people just showed up unexpectedly without any message back or scheduling.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. We love the location and the layout of the unit fits our family of 12 perfectly. This unit is beautiful and was very clean.

Overall the room was very spacious for a big family and the beach views were amazing! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Left over food and coffee was left, food was found under cabinets along with other items, clothes were left behind, and the bed had stains. There was sand all over the floor, which I know some you can’t help but have but overall I wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned at all. The room was overall good for price, but very sad on how nasty it was.
