Well equipped and comfortable room.
Lift out of service for four days with frequent assurances it would be fixed imminently. My husband has a respiratory condition and climbing stairs to the fourth floor was extremely difficult.
It’s unacceptable that this wasn’t addressed quickly enough and suggests the property’s lift maintenance contract is not fit for purpose.

Great location - right in the centre, so could walk to all the main attractions.
Considering it was a penthouse room, surprised the bed wasn’t bigger.

So central, area felt very safe, apartment had all mod cons, very clean, bed was so comfy (wish I knew where the pillows came from, they were literally a dream!) staff were super friendly, especially Justin

Could not access property by car as it is in a Bus/Taxi zone and did not want to get a fine. Rang hotel and was told there was a drop off area which I needed as my husband on crutches. Drove round in circles until we realisesed there was no access by car to property. Parked car and decided to go home after our event as just too much trouble.
I rang property to enquire about drop off and how far car park was. They should have told me I could not access it by car. To be fair. When I said we would not be staying and the reason, they understood. However, they rang me during my event and left a message that as my booking was with booking.com, I had until midnight to cancel with booking.com. I was unable to do this, so lost my payment.
