Customer service excellent as always. Room and communal areas were spotless. Breakfast was excellent (would've liked some smoked salmon but thats being picky)
We also stayed at a hotel next door for 1 night as a gift and hated every minute wanting to get back to the grand.
This was our 3rd/4th stay and its the only place we will stay in future on our annual brighton trip.
Superb!!

The building itself if full of charm. Feels comfortable and friendly - not stuffy at all. Staff very accommodating.
