The room was nice and clean, the rooftop bar was excellent, and the location was great. The staff was also very friendly.

We spent a couple of nights here and had a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and speak great English, and the rooms are spacious. The purified and chilled water fountains on each floor are also very helpful. We ate one evening on the rooftop bar which has great views and a nice vibe. The food was ok, nothing special but service was good. I’d recommend staying here and would return if I was in Jakarta!
The location is about a 15 minute drive from central Jakarta, but there is cafes, shops and restaurants very nearby. Our safe didn’t work, but we could have asked reception to reset it if needed.

One of the best beds I've ever had in Jakarta. Combined with the location, it is a very good value for money.
Our room was at the end of the corridor on ground floor, right next to the door to the back area for the staff, so it was quite noisy until after 10pm (we could hear door keys and things being shifted). We were given ground floor room because I asked them to put me away from the smoking rooms. It sucks that smoking rooms are allowed in this place, but I am willing to try again if I can stay in another floor (upper floor right under rooftop maybe?).

this hotel is wonderful, the location is just a few minutes walk away from the nearest mrt, coffee shops and 24 hours food stalls located in front of the hotel. the breakfast choice even though it is simple but it is worth than its value, decent choices yet fulfilling. the staff has been super helpful and super super great. especially the front desk and the staff of the cafe downstairs and they are so cheerful and helpful throughout my stay. the room looks clean and well thought out and toilet was decent and i am loving the separate sink style of the room.
if it is not because of the lack of soundproof and thin front doors this hotel would have gotten a 9 or even a 10 for me. really really poor soundproofing and they even provide ear plugs in the room which is a first for me. every little furnitures movement from the roof top restaurant can be heard and the live band that would perform every friday and saturday night. i had trouble sleeping on my first night as i am a light sleeper and for some reason my room window is not properly seal so i get to smell every little thing that is being cooked at the restaurant rooftop. i really hope you can address all of these issues as they were simple enough and i would definitely come back here again. the noise was so unbearable i was this close to book another hotel on my stays.
