Friendly staff, very attentive with opening doors for us and cleaning our room (refilling waters and such)

Location is good, excellent pool with a good pool bar / restaurant. The rooms were big and the price for them was okay.
Rooms are dated, they desperately need refurbishment. Elevator buttons don't always work either!

The staff at the property cannot be faulted. They were friendly and helpful and always met you with a smile. The breakfast was good with Indonesian and western choices. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioning in the apartment was top rated. There was always bottles of water available.
There were always issues with the lifts in the building. Either they weren’t working well, there were queues to get into the lifts on weekends and sometimes you waited on your floor to get to a lower floor.
The apartment was quite dated (like something from the 1980’s) and could definitely do with an upgrade. The bathroom showerhead had to be taken off its clip to be used, Otherwise it would spray all over the bathroom. Most of the apartment was tiled however the bedroom carpet needs to be replaced.

I like the price they offer through booking.com. The surrounding area was great and close to a shopping mall, shops, and a hospital. The fast response from the housekeeping team and the attention from the Top Management..
The facility inside the property appears to be poorly maintained. The cleanliness need more attention.
