The staff were amazing and super attentive! 10 out of 10! The location is also fantastic!
the room was a bit small, we don't mind that much, we knew what we purchased, but there was barely enough room to open the suitcase. that was our only complaint

The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean and had everything you needed, including pyjamas and slippers.
The view from the room ( floor 2) was of a brick wall. The breakfast was lovely but only gave options of three times 7:00, 7:30, 8:00 and was not buffet.

新しい施設は気持ちが良いです。バス停からも近くて楽でした。シャンプーやリンスの品質も良く、入浴剤もあり、気持ちが良かったです。
特にないです。

Location and the room.
They should train the staff/front office to know more about the city and the activities. Also, provide them with a personal translation device like in train station. Communication is a big minus
