Amazing hotel , beautifully designed, rooms were comfortable and beautiful, beds were comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. Location was great.
Not really a complaint but the gym was very limited to two treadmills and there were only 2 washing machines so it was hard to get one free. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is lovely! Very unassuming from the outside, but beautifully simple and elegant on the inside.
Staff was very helpful and professional, even with little English spoken they managed to help us with everything we needed.
Breakfast was delicious. We ordered the Western style.
Loved the neighborhood and ease of transportation.
THe room was a bit small and hard to move around in, but worked fine for two nights.

We stayed for 3 nights on our first ever visit to Kanazawa. The Uan is in a great location and we walked to and from the train station no problems and walked everywhere else in town too. Room was comfortable and well equiped and staff very welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend to others.
