I can’t say enough good things about Andrea’s apartment. He took me in same day when I needed to find alternate accommodation, allowed me to store my luggage, and was incredibly communicative and helpful (even suggesting places I could work while I waited for check in). The location couldn’t be more central - you literally look at the Torre dei Galluzzi from the window. Sparkling clean and modern. Andrea was the most helpful and responsive host I’ve had in all of my travels.
There’s seemingly a dark spot for service in the bedroom but could also just be my provider. Yes, there is a restaurant downstairs but a) they shut down outside at 11, b) the windows are practically sound proof and c) you should go eat there! It’s one of the most famous restaurants in Bologna right at your doorstep. Otherwise just wear ear plugs :)

Location excellent as it was in the center of the city. Apartment was very clean and the mid week cleaning was a welcome surprise.
The restaurant on the ground floor in the courtyard was a little noisy for short time in the evening but we didn’t notice it when we ate there!
Need some muscle to take luggage from ground floor up stairs to apartment.

The location was great and put it us right in the heart of the entire city. It was easy to get in and out of the property and it felt very secure. AC was top notch
It was a little loud outside the windows as you are looking out over a piazza with a large restaurant. Some nights there were some very loud guests.
