Locație extraordinară, chiar lângă Basilica San Petronio, cu o priveliște superbă asupra vitraliilor acestuia. Apartamentul este modern, nou și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil.
Baia este cochetă și oferă toate produsele necesare pentru duș.
Dacă vizitați Bologna, vă recomand cu drag această cazare!

În general, check-in-ul online este util, însă aplicația este destul de greoaie și neprietenos de utilizat. Am descoperit destul de târziu videoclipul explicativ pentru check-in. Ar fi util să menționați și faptul că porțile exterioare din fier au butoane care permit deschiderea automată.
În ceea ce privește confortul, mai ales în perioadele reci, încălzirea prin intermediul aparatului de aer condiționat este esențială. Deși am setat o temperatură mai ridicată, termostatul indica maximum 21,5°C, iar în apartament se simțea considerabil mai frig.
Personalul care se ocupă de curățenie este foarte amabil și mereu dornic să ajute, lucru pe care îl apreciem foarte mult. Totuși, ar fi util ca un supervizor să verifice periodic apartamentul după efectuarea curățeniei.
În cazul nostru, frigiderul nu fusese curățat după plecarea turiștilor anteriori, faianța din zona plitei era vizibil murdară, iar sub canapeaua din living se vedeau multe hărti..
Per ansamblu, apartamentul are un potențial foarte bun, însă o mai mare atenție acordată curățeniei, confortului termic și instrucțiunilor pentru check-in ar îmbunătăți considerabil experiența oaspeților.

Super safe location .. it was located in an enclosed galleria which was accessible from both sides and just steps away from the square. Despite that it was quiet at night. The best aircon I’ve ever had in an apartment .. units in both bedroom and living room. Check in was easy and once checked in had keys for the outer gates/door and apartment.
There were bottle banks directly beneath the apartment which were emptied at 5 am one morning! Went back to sleep after so no major issue for us but might disturb very light sleepers.

Very central location, within walking distance of train station, cafe’s and restaurants.
Previous guest was leaving on our arrival therefore the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. Took over 2 hours to get in touch with someone to get it cleaned. (The photographs are how we found it.)
It’s not really set up for eating in as only 1 knife, no teaspoons etc. Drainage not good in shower and filled up with water. Had to wait 10/15 minutes for next person to use it or it would have flooded the bathroom. No instructions how to use aircon, so couldn’t switch off the bedroom unit at night.
There’s an outside cinema/stage area next to apartment and there was something on every evening, which started at 10pm. It’s very loud and can go on until 12, so not ideal if you want to go to bed before then.
