Very high standards of amenities however, it seemed to be end of season so there did not appear to be access to games equipment.
Apartment
Wardrobe drawers couldn’t be used as they were blocked by other furniture. Perhaps they could be moved to the left cupboard so that they can be opened.
Ghost current from the 4 gang light switches causes the kitchen and living lights to flicker whether they are off which means throughout the night.
Rear bathroom shower rose drips after use.
More drying space for wet clothes after a visit to the pool.
More hooks or rails needed to hang shower and pool towels after use
A set of larger mugs. Us Brits like a proper sized cup of tea and coffee
Odd numbers of glasses etc should there be 4 or 6 of each?
Small tables on the balcony and inside are needed for visitors to put their snacks and drinks
Knife sharpener
Sun loungers and comfier chairs for the balcony
Orange Juicer. A Manual squeezer would be fine.

Very nice and large penthouse apartment with great views. Large kitchen. Close to Lake Vouliagmeni. Pool and common areas.
Tiny elevator that reaches only the 4th floor and you need to take the steps to the 5th floor.
The apartment is not new but well maintained.

Family of 8 stayed at the penthouse apartment. Spacious, newly renovated and clean apartment. Nice, spacious pool area and soccer/basketball pitch available for the guest. The lady at the reception was really helpful, kind and responsive to our requests and questions. Very easy parking outside the apartment. Good value for money.
The kitchen had very limited equipment. There is no dishwasher, no possibility to fill tap water in the sink and we had to ask for sufficient plates/glasses for 8 people. Water pressure in shower is really low. There was practically no outdoor furniture. A small broken sofa for 2 persons was the only thing available on the terrace. A shame as the terrace is sizable and has a great view. It was also annoying as we specifically asked about outdoor furniture upfront and got confirmed this was in place. The sofa bed in room #4 is not really big enough for 2 persons, so would not recommend for more than 7 persons. Lastly the apartment is located at the top of a steep hill. For elderly people/kids the distance to the beach can be challenging.

The apartment was impressive but the building and facilities are a little worn for the money you're paying
It is essentially a residential property and hugely impressive in size and view. But for anyone looking for any kind of atmosphere this isnt the place.
