The location was excellent, and everything was within walking distance.
At a five-star hotel, even if you simply want to have a cup of tea or coffee after 8:00–9:00 PM, you are expected to order food or alcohol. Refusing to serve hotel guests who only want a hot drink is a major disappointment and reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards. I believe a five-star hotel should be able to provide such a basic service to its guests

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to all the main areas and attractions. It was very stylish and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were excellent too.

Staff were friendly at check in
Bit too close to Ominia.
Breakfast was taken away right on 10.30 weekdays and 11am on weekends. Not a minute past the times.
Had to wait to get coffee served
Pool to shallow and in the shade.
