Beautifully designed concept hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The pool was super comfortable and we enjoyed it

We loved the energy at Ace Hotel Athens. Cool, creative interior design matched by an equally cool team of staff who really brought the place to life. The vibe around the swimming pool was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, good music and a relaxed, social energy. A hotel with real personality!
The one disappointment was room service. The hotel advertises 24-hour room service, but when we checked in at 22:30, we were told the kitchen was already closed. Not quite what you expect from a hotel advertising a 24-hour service.

Staff have been absolutely amazing during my continued time here at Ace Hotel. They have gone above & beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel has a stylish concept and a nice overall atmosphere. The food was also very good. Breakfast had a relatively small but nice variety, and most of what we tried tasted very good. We also ordered in-room dining and the food itself was excellent in terms of taste and quality.
Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay did not meet our expectations. The room was quite small, and we found the bathroom layout unusual and impractical, with the sink located separately in the main room and the toilet and shower in a very small enclosed space.
Our arrival also felt rather impersonal. There was no assistance with our luggage until I was at the elevator and the welcome at reception was not particularly warm or welcoming.
Housekeeping could have been much better. The toilet was not cleaned as thoroughly as we would expect, including inside of the toilet seat, and a small piece of rubbish on the floor was still there after the room had been serviced.
We were also surprised by the additional €5 charge simply to have an in-room dining order delivered to the room. The food itself was very good, but at this price point we felt the additional delivery charge was unnecessary.
