Very friendly staff, decent sized room. Big bathroom. Good location for the bus and train station. Nice pub downstairs .
Low ceiling on one side of the bed. On the street side so noisy until the traffic died down. Bit of a lack of communication over a packed lunch when we left. TV wasn't tuned. It's not cheap so everything should be good.

The location is perfect, staff were all fantastic. Room was a good size, bed good, but I suspect the walls are thin, we had our neighbour banging on our wall at 8:30 in the evening and we had our TV on a medium level, plus it was Celebrity Traitors!

Great location for access to busses and trains. Close to eateries as well.
The floor in our room was quite slanted. We also had a sewer smell coming from our bathroom.
