The location and the brewery
Being woken up at 6am due to noise from other guests as they exited and entered the building. Needs signage to remind guests to consider others and not to have a conversation outside someone elses bedroom as you leave, also a door closer that doesn't slam the front door as it closes would help enormously. Breakfast was disappointing and the location of the buffet room in relation to the actual restaurant is terrible as guests have to squeeze past each other whilst carrying hot food and drinks into the restaurant.

Not much
Old furnishings, tired carpets. misleading photos and write up. Overpriced.
Very average breakfast - poor fruit selection.
