The convenience of the hotel & the friendliness of the hoteliers
Attention to detail is really important. Keeping the dust at bay (especially in the bedrooms as an athematic) & if using white table cloths, they have to be pristine. Hope this helps & is meant to be helpful. 👍

Very friendly staff keen to assist with check in and luggage. I appreciated being able to access one of the car parking spaces.
Unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations, I was disappointed in the stay as it’s billed as a 9.8 rating and has won awards with the previous owners. The location was not great and a number of empty and abandoned properties made it feel unsafe. The breakfast was OK but not as depicted in the photos. We lost the lights in our room and it was not a priority for the hotel to fix, it was check out time so it wasn’t too inconvenient.
