We arrived in the middle of a really bad storm. The hotel were short staffed massively and our trip was questionable due to the weather but on arrival we were met with smiles and a great service from the off. This is our second time at this hotel but it defo won’t be our last

The hotel looks very nice at first. Seems to offer plenty. Good location.
The food was poor, the amount of staff was minimal. The bath wouldn't fill, the gym is awful, the doors are noisy, even though the hotel owns the car park you still have to pay and out of the four rooms we had, the tv remotes wouldn't work correctly.

The location was a bit too far from the main central area
