initially i was worried as there were 2 other sets of customer waiting outside that couldn't get in. I was unable to contact the owner due to the other customers phoning to complain. I got an awful sinking feeling and was unable to access my email to get the entry code. The hotel is unmanned and completely run by access code. It turned out that the other customers had not paid the waiver. Eventually, my partner managed to get into my email and access my codes. It was so simple from there on. We entered the hotel and proceeded to our room which was immaculately clean and had an individual bathroom (which for the price I was not expecting). The location, for us, was excellent as we were only there for a night out. Everything is basically outside your door. Everything ran simply and smoothly and the only problems were due to myself not being able to access codes due to poor reception which is no fault of the hotel. Peaceful and easy checkout. Would definitely use again but would be more organised and have my access codes written down. Would definitely recommend to others.
The only problems I encountered were due to myself not being organised and I cannot fault the hotel for its simple and easy check in. I just recommend that you write down your codes as the reception ,for me, was awful outside. I do, however, have a very outdated phone!!!!!

Not 5 star but it was clean, quite and comfortable enough. The price was good value for money for a one night stay in a very convenient central location. Literally across the road from the large off street car park and the multi storey car park.
Forgetting to make a note of the door code. I lost my phone signal before getting to the hotel and as a contactless hotel I needed the key code for the front door and my room door. I normally make an extra written note of these things but not this time. I did manage to get an O² signal after about 1 hour and retrieve the code. So I would suggest making a paper copy.

Excellent location, minutes from north blackpools main shopping area.
Out of date milk sachets, I had two in my tea before I noticed all the blobs floating at the bottom, disgusting, building and rooms looking tired, though I guess it blends in with the rest of the street.
