Great host. Beautiful house. Very comfortable and perfectly located in the old city. The host offered is breakfast on arrival day, which was really nice and pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is a feast. You can organize trips around Khiva with the host.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and traditional premise!! The owner and his family were the friendliest and most hospitable during our 10-day vacation through Usbekistan!! They gave us such interesting information about local life and even gave us a lift to find our taxi!! We would highly recommend the place and would definitely come back next time we visited Khiva!!!

Siyovush is a fantastic host, and we highly recommend this lovely, traditional, family-run guesthouse. He speaks excellent English; we learned a great deal about the country and its culture from him and felt right at home. There is a free drinking water dispenser so you can bring your own bottle and save plastic. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. He is very attentive and truly cares about his guests' well-being. Thank you for the wonderful time!
