The building is so beautiful and full of history, it used to be a Madrasa. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we arrived they offered us a plate with delicious fresh fruits. Breakfast room is beautifully decorated. And the central courtyard is so peaceful and relaxing. You can reach all the sightseeing places by foot. Location is perfect.

It’s uniqueness. Stunning courtyard, lovely family, good breakfast. All the sights at your doorstep

Beautiful courtyard and a charming, historic building that made the stay feel unique.
The location is excellent—just about a one-minute walk to the main square inside Itchan Kala.
The room was comfortable, and I didn’t even need to use the air conditioning.
The hotel has a warm, family-run atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to handle credit card payment (although they usually accept cash) and issue a receipt.
I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was served indoors, as I had been looking forward to having it in the courtyard.
The reception is not always staffed.
None of the staff speak English, so communication required a translation app.
Room cleaning was not always thorough, especially in the bathroom area.
