Loved every part of this Hotel. The room was fantastic. Large by European standards and light and airy. The location was great, in an area that felt local but also close to so many places we wanted to see. But the most amazing thing about this Hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond helping us out and also recommending great places to eat. Especially the afternoon manager (sorry name escapes me) When we come back to Madrid, we will definately be coming back to stay.

I liked the size of the room a lot. Extremely spacious, with a living room area and well equipped. It was great that the doors towards the small balcony could open, as we could let in fresh air in the morning.
Also the staff were very nice, welcoming, accommodating and happy to help.
The hotel was very tranquil and you couldn’t really hear your neighbours.
For 2 friends, not a couple, it can be a bit weird the setup of the bathroom as the door where the toilet is was a glass door, so not so much soundproofing.
Also, it’s not the best place for heavy smokers as there wasn’t any place to smoke, only in front of the building, exiting the premises.
The breakfast was quite simple, not a lot of options. Some of the plates weren’t the cleanest, but all in all it’s not so bad for a quick bite and coffee is really good.

Staff super nice. Breakfast wonderful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine and olives on arrival.
I wish it had mentioned when I booked that the room was in the attic. I was worried about knocking myself out every time I got up from the bed.
