Location, staff, design, clean…
Bad isolation on the 4th floor on the back court coiled hear trafic on the Main Street or people talking on the ground floor

The room was comfortable and quiet. Location central.
I felt the decor was dark. Black walls are not my taste. Corridors were dark. Breakfast was disappointing.
