Location superb as in centre of Ilkley and near to railway station - breakfast was excellent with a good range on offer complemented by staff service
My room Arncliffe was very small and as the hotel was not busy I’m not sure why I wasn’t allocated a standard size room like my colleague’s room, the mini-bar fridge door handle was missing and there was no suitcase rack and the dressing table drawer was too small for putting in underwear with nothing else available presumably because the room was too small

Room was nice, large comfortable bed, good selection of teas/coffees/wine/snacks and breakfast was superb!

Bathroom dirty in the shower. Shower door came off hinges as warn. No shower gel in bottle in shower. Toilet seat was fitted so wouldn’t stay up
