Warm and clean. Comfortable bed
No door on bathroom so no privacy
Toilet seat loose
The bar downstairs was closed which we weren’t told when booking.

Decor and particularly the bathroom. Gorgeous bath and his and her sinks. Very nice.
Not keen on the mattress , we didn’t find it very comfortable but they are a very personal thing. One surprise was no tv, unusual but not the end of the world.

Excellent location, easy to access property, room was comfortable, would stay again.
Could have done with a TV in the room, but all other facilities were good.

Location
3rd floor very small attic room with very low ceiling photos suggest much larger room. Chipped glasses, dirty drawers, dusty, unstable creaky chair, smell of damp as ceiling paint comming off & unfresh bedlinen. Overall needs attention as looking tired.

"Really helpful staff who kindly facilitated an early check-in so that we could change prior to a wedding and then allowed us to store the bags the next day whilst we explored the town."
