Great location
Close to train stations
Very good size room
Staff are fabulous
I was on the 10th floor. The noise from the rooftop garden furniture being dragged around was very loud

The location and space
Staff greeting might be a little too cold, but still very simple

Room cleaned everyday, nice staff, mineral water bottle available, good location with lots of food options nearby.
No views( you look into rooms of the other building)

Central location! Free mineral water. The room was very comfortable especially the bed
The dimmest lit hotel I’ve ever stayed at - the halls had no lighting and the rooms felt like they were in a dungeon, even when sun light was out.
