The bed was definitely the most comfortable bed at a hotel that I have slept in for a while. Location absolutely central to the district, great places to eat and shop are all minutes away. The staff were super helpful especially as we had bicycles with us. Breakfast was simply and a great way to start the days.
Views from the lower floors not so great.

Staff are very helpful. Location is excellent if you are looking for the vibe in Seoul. At the centre of Korean food, shopping and trendy spots.
Unfortunately the toilet cover seat is broken.

Loved the location. Amazing night activity. So close to subway. You could also walk to Bukchon Village, Palaces, Insadong, anywhere really if you like a good walk.
Breakfast was nice but very crowded. Scrambled eggs, toast, tteokbokki, salad, banana, cereal, ramen.
Hair-dryer and straightener provided.
Staff helpful.
No room for suitcases in room. Minimal wardrobe hanging space.

Room was tired; smelt of damp; air con was smelly; no shelf in bathroom for toiletry bag; no wardrobe; breakfast wasn’t vegan-friendly; bed really uncomfortable - sheet was loose fitting and the topper wasn’t secure. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.
