We had a pleasant stay at UH Suite. The location is excellent, the room was spacious, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional.
We also appreciated the transportation service. The private transfer from Incheon Airport (ICN) to the hotel costs KRW 140,000, while the shuttle service from the hotel to ICN is complimentary. It is worth noting that the free shuttle is available for booking 2-3 hours prior to departure for drop off at any location in Seoul.
The bed linens and pillows were comfortable and of good quality. However, each queen bed was provided with only two pillows instead of four, leaving each guest with just one pillow. Providing four pillows per bed would make the sleeping experience more comfortable.
A few practical improvements would also make a significant difference. Additional clothes hangers would be helpful, along with hooks and towel bars in the bathroom. There was no convenient place to hang bathrobes, towels, or a change of clothes while showering. These are small details, but they would greatly improve the room’s functionality and overall guest comfort.
Overall, UH Suite offers a great location, spacious accommodations, and excellent staff service. With a few thoughtful improvements to the room amenities and bathroom storage, the guest experience could be even better.
