Very limited toilet paper available, must have been an oversight on the cleaners part.

The atmosphere, staff, the room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean, and lovely room service too.
The only slight issue would be the toilet in the room obviously struggles with re filling itself for flushing but hot water etc is all good, the taps work in the sink is fine, and it was warm and comfortable in the room,

Excellent Staff, nothing too much trouble
Room had a poorly fitted window which knocked around in the wind

Very grand building
Very dated and lots of work being done in multiple areas of the hotel. Bathroom was not cleaned well and needed repairing in certain places.
