Good-sized room, plenty of space. Furniture isn't new, but good enough. Bed was ok. Breakfast was sufficient. Easy access.
Room was a bit tired cosmetically.

Location but that why I book here
Booked bed and breakfast. After booking a nonrefundable booking to be told they are not doing cooked breakfast and I will receive a breakfast box. Well the box was more like a child’s pack up. Who has blue ribbon chocolate bar for breakfast?
Car park not well lit

Very very good value for such a large comfortable room
Quite a bit of bathroom groat mold but for the price I wasnt bothered and bathroom was clean. Just think it could look better but then that would push price up

Comfy bed, spacious room
There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom & some peeling paint, a hole in the bedroom wall which seemed to have toilet paper stuffed into it & the carpet was very marked
