Central location, pleasing decor, roomy, light and airy restaurant with lovely view over the river., comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and facilities in room. Cleanliness of room and hotel generally.
The breakfasts and helpful staff.
Noise of boiler (maybe) starting up early in the morning. The constant background of this noise, though quite low, spoiled an otherwise very quiet room. Didn’t realise the breakfast buffet was available. I stayed on the Saturday night so there possibly wasn’t one on the Sunday morning, but didn’t notice it on the Monday morning until I’d finished my breakfast and was leaving the restaurant !

Well located property, close to central activities but in a quiet area.
Room was large and comfortable with space to relax and enjoy the complementary treats.
Breakfast was good but in a very flattery, noisy environment.
Staff at reception and elsewhere seemed a bit sparse.
Bathroom was tired looking around the edges, need some refurb.
