The staff here are so warm and welcoming. And the location is very convenient and central. I really enjoyed my stay here.
The wifi in my room wasn't working the first day. It only worked when I went down to the community space on the 1st floor. I let the front desk know and by the next day it was working perfectly. But, it made making my plans and finding locations difficult that first day.

The location of the hotel was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. It was a short walk to the old town, promenade and train station. We saw what we wanted to in Nice but also spent a day in Antibes and another in Monaco during our stay. Both are only 25 minutes away by train and we felt we comfortably packed a lot into our long weekend. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good each morning. It set us up for the day whilst the complimentary coffee, water and pastries on offer in the lounge were also appreciated.
More wall hooks in the bathroom and bedroom would be useful. There was only one towel hook for all towels and the cupboard/wardrobe in the bedroom was positioned behind the chair and luggage rack on either side of the bed making hanging clothes awkward. Wall and door hooks would have solved this issue.

The location is excellent!
The lobby/front desk is too small. Gets crowded during check in

Staff were pleasant and helpful
I booked almost 7 weeks before my travel and I specifically requested two single beds. The hotel responded quickly and accepted my request and assured me that the 2 single beds would be available. However, on arrival I was told that the single beds were not available
