Location was excellent, near the station and many restaurant options, mainly of the fast food variety. I didn’t really notice street noise.
Very helpful staff; standard of cleanliness was high
Comfortable bed
Free bottled water and hot drinks to help yourself to at any time. This was a nice touch.
The tiny narrow shower. I was in a single room which was probably much smaller than other rooms, but I don’t know if this applied to the bathroom as well. It was really the only thing I didn’t like.

It is close to the Nice Ville station making it very convenient. It is not far - 10 minute walk - from the tram stop and about 15 minutes from the Mediterranean. The staff is very nice. They offer free bottled water and tea/coffee. There is a hot water kettle in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The windows have decent sound proofing. We were in the third floor facing the side street and did not hear street noise or other noise from other hotel rooms.
The breakfast is over priced.

Felt very safe for 2 females which was pleasantly surprising for area.... Def recommend for women traveling alone and needing to be in center of everything!! Enjoyed many nearby restaurants, bakeries, bars. And shopping. Short walk to train station and gallerias is def a bonus . Most of the staff spoke very good English and were very friendly. Rooms very clean, smell pleasant, property is quiet and has a great shower !!!
We have ZERO complaints.... A mini fridge however would have been nice !

Location
The neighborhood is poor and dirty, and it also feels unsafe at night, especially with some drunk people passing by while shouting and occasionally getting into fights.
