Owners were welcoming and friendly. Room was a really good size with a view of the garden.
Cooked breakfast was beautiful and set us up for the day. Walked into the centre. Fantastic position to visit all Shakespeare related shops, museums and especially the theatre.
We will be back!

It was clean. The room was well laid out. There were drinks, a packet of biscuits and water supplies updated each day. Close to the main centre of Stratford On Avon walking distance. Good parking.
We had some issues with the water in the bathroom. Fixed by turning on the switch. Could do with bigger towels.

Quiet- break
Squeaky beds, one bottle of water and one packet of biscuits in the room, there was two of us! Cleanliness, dusty ledges, past occupants wrappers under radiator, lumpy mattresses - it was £185 a night!!
