Comfortable room with plenty of facilities. I particularly appreciated the fridge. The room was quiet. It was good to have a restaurant within the hotel. Service was very good in all departments
The room became very hot during the night.

Beautiful hotel. Very old so expect creaky floor boards. Staff very helpful. Perfect location for centre of Stratford without excess noise.
The food in the bear pub was awful. Sausages were so hard couldn't cut with knife. Vegetables weren't cooked through. Hopefully the management were told of my complaint and the kitchen made changes.

Warm ! Inviting and just a really lovely feel to it
Shame you have to pay £10 to park

Location and parking good.
Mould on grout in shower, external doors open in downstairs corridors in evenings so poor security, breakfasts poor, food cold, breakfast room too dark, door to painting/decorating storage room wide open - very scruffy, wet floor in ladies toilet near reception - health and safety risk, generally hotel felt in need of a spruce up.
