It was outstanding in every respect

The location is fantastic-easy to walk anywhere in the city centre. Although the entrance is on a busy street-rooms are very quiet and beds are super comfortable. Staff and owner is very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay here and recommend this place.

Great location, clean
No hot water for almost one whole day.
When I contacted the property about that, they said a component that heats up the water broke and could only be fixed the following day.
I understand things break down but, it should be the property informing the clients and not the other way around. There needs to be a mechanism in place to let the property know immediately when there is an issue.
That issue, sort of soured our stay.

Very well positioned & close to everything.
Bad water smells coming from the bathroom & the room was like a shoe box.
