Very friendly staff, good location
Not very clean, bad smell in our room, the bed were hard.

Good location. Clean, quiet room. Fresh water delivered every day.
Honestly I'm surprised it's 4* hotel, I would say it's max 3*. Room requires a slight update. There was no kettle/tea/coffee in the room.

Location was perfect. In the middle of city center and close to the finish line of the Lisbon marathon. Busses, metros and trams stop in the vicinity.
Nothing, it was all perfect!

Location was good for city centre
Staff friendly and helpful
Facilities were minimal - no tea or coffee in room, mini fridge not very cold, no hotel bar
Bed wasn’t comfortable, room quite small with little storage/areas to put things
Place was quite run down and dirty throughout
Loud construction outside - obviously hotel can’t help this but we were placed in a room right opposite to it when the hotel didn’t seem very busy
