Excellent location. Staff very friendly.
The smell in the lobby. It smells like sewer.
The toilets don’t flush well.

Extremely clean rooms daily. Super friendly staff, and breakfast in AM was great.
Plumbing is outdated. Downstairs, on your way up to the rooms, smelled like trash in the evenings.

Absolutely amazing location, very central. Our was cleaned everyday, which we did not expect. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
I would just like to have a fridge and a kettle in the room, but the hotel’s kitchen was free to use, so that solved part of it

Location
Dated and tired facilities. Three flights of steps to reach accommodation (although staff did help on arrival)
