Good location. Plenty of places to travel to with the car.
Room was spacious and Clean. The room was replenished with new towels and toilet roll every day. Little to no traffic noise from the main road when windows were closed. Had no issue with it being basic, sometimes that's all you need.
I would say if it did have air conditioning it would make it a bit more comfortable and I would happily pay extra for it but not a deal breaker in any way for the time of year that we booked. The bathroom could do with an update like a deeper bath but not the end of the world.

Clean, pleasant staff
Mattresses far too sort and need replacing. I used to own a BandB hotel so I am aware of the need for good quality mattresses.
